Interests: Explainable AI, Fairness in AI and Computer Vision
Short Bio
Ramaswamy joined the department in 2023 after completing a Ph.D. at Princeton and bachelor's and master's degrees at IIT Madras in India.
Ramaswamy is interested in fairness and interpretability in machine learning, and how it applies to visual systems. He has worked primarily in constructing better datasets (either real or synthetic) and understanding and evaluating interpretability methods for convolutional neural networks.
