February 12, 2015
Building on two previous offerings of the course, in May 2015, Prof. Nick Feamster will again offer his course on Software Defined Networking for the third time. In the course, Nick teaches the history of SDN, as well as its fundamental architectural principles and how it can help solve network management problems ranging from failure recovery to network security. In addition to the lectures, the course has programming assignments that teach fundamental concepts, as well as interviews with luminaries in the field about their opinions about the current “hot” and challenging problems in the area.
