Princeton Computer Scientists win Sloan Fellowships

David Blei and Brent Waters have been awarded Alfred P. Sloan
Fellowships, given to "early-career scientists and researchers whose
distinguished performance marks a unique potential to make substantial
contributions to their fields." Prof. Blei is an Assistant Professor at
Princeton and does research in machine learning. Prof. Waters received
his PhD from Princeton in 2004, and is now an Assistant Professor at the
University of Texas at Austin; he does research in cryptography and
network security.
