Independent Work Presentation Feedback Form 1. Summarize the most important, novel one or two ideas in the talk. Be concise. If the presenter did a good job, the listener should be able to summarize the key ideas in one or two sentences. If the presenter did not make the critical ideas clear, make a note of that (and explain what was unclear if possible). 2. What one or two aspects of the presentation could most use improvement? These could be technical things (eg, more/better evaluation/experiments needed; incorrect theoretical analysis; questionable software design choices; questionable research assumptions underlying the project, etc.). These could also be presentation things (eg, eye contact, posture, vocal projection, nervous habits, energy level, precision, vagueness, clarity of font size/style, use of slide real estate, use of pictures, diagrams or charts, ability to engage the audience, emphasis placed on wrong ideas, explanations unclear). 3. What one or two aspects of the presentation were strongest? (see above for suggestions)
