What I have done:
- Member of the MCB/ALAT design team during phase 1 (Team partner was Murat Fiskiran).
- Read references to learn the details of the MCB. Read the Intel manuals to learn the details of the ALAT and how it differs from the generic MCB description.
- Studied the Lsim code for MCB/ALAT, decided to join these two into a single unit for the simulator.
- Designed the MCB interface for phase 1.
- Implemented the functions of the MCB, and tested them for correct operation.
- Verified the functionality of the MCB using streams of up to 1 million instructions.
- Modified the code to work with the PARM library.
- Designed Phase 2 interface of the ALAT/MCB module.
What I am doing now:
- Member of the extension team during phase 2
- Currently working on the timing wrappers for the flow contorl.
