Scale:
x’ = x * sx
y’ = y * sy
Shear:
x’ = x + hx*y
y’ = y + hy*x
Rotation:
x’ = x*cosQ - y*sinQ
y’ = x*sinQ + y*cosQ
x’ = ((x*sx)*cosQ - (y*sy)*sinQ) + tx
y’ = ((x*sx)*sinQ + (y*sy)*cosQ) + ty
